Brief description of service delivery		The sub-assistant agriculture officer prepares the priority list of farmers and approves it in the union agriculture committee meeting and sends it to the upazila committee. The list received from there is approved in the upazila agriculture committee meeting and sent to the bank. Accounts are opened based on the documents submitted by the bank and subject to the approval of the Upazila Committee. The farmer can make financial transactions from the said account number.
